Absolute garbage. Will not connect to dashcam. Dashcam won't even show up when searching for it, even though I can see the wifi with my phone. I can't believe Kenwood won't fix the app. It's obviously been this way since the app was last updated, about 8 months ago. If I would have known how bad the experience was I would never have bought the dashcam. Total failure.

Works good for me. If I cannot connect, I turn the camera off and on and it has connected every time. Using Kenwood DVR-A510WDP camera and S26 phone. It would be better if the video didn't buffer so much in playback but it downloads a one minute video in about one minute. I turned the camera off, removed the card, and it plays in a card reader plugged into my phone.

Used to easily connect, however, now the dash cam will state that it's connected but the app would state that it's not. I needed to pull up a video for my insurance company for a parked car accident, my car was the one parked and hit, but I can't obtain the video. What's the point of having the dash cam when I can't access the data, especially when it's really needed?
